"15 Days of Holiday Savings" Sale

Throughout the year, BLD likes to host a few multi-day, deep-discount sales as a special thank you our loyal customers. Our "15 Days of Holiday Savings," promotion is the biggest and most exciting sale of the year - this year, it will run Dec. 1-15.

We are making some changes to the way that we conduct "15 Days of Holiday Savings" in 2011 - please read about these changes now so you are prepared when the fun begins.

• WHERE TO FIND THE DAILY SALE?
  This is the first year that we'll be conducting "15 Days of Holiday Savings" from our newly re-designed website. Just like in the past, we will be posting our daily door-buster sale in the information box located in the upper right corner of our homepage, exactly how we posted sales on our old website. This link will re-direct you to the product we are discounting that day, where you will be able to select the item and proceed to our checkout area.
• WEB ORDERS ONLY
  "15 Days of Holiday Savings" and other pre-holiday sales advertised through our newsletter and social media sites are online sales promotions that MUST be completed through our website. In-person orders, email orders, and orders taken over the phone ARE NOT eligible for the advertised discounts during these noted time periods.
• EACH ORDER IS INDIVIDUAL
  In the past, we have combined orders (shipping just one box) for customers purchasing several times over the 15 days of the sale. Unfortunately, this caused confusion both on behalf of our customers and our sales associates. Because we are committed to filling your orders in an accurate and timely manner, we are simplifying our process in 2011. We will be handling each order placed over the 15 days of the as an independent order that will be shipped immediately. We will not be combining orders for shipping purposes, though you still may take advantage of our free shipping policy for any individual order totaling over $100.
• WHOLESALE / RE-SALE NOT PERMITTED
  We greatly appreciate the business of our wholesale and boutique re-sale partners. Our pre-holiday sales, however, are meant for direct sales customers only. Black Lotus Designs reserves the right to refuse transactions in question. Wholesale/re-sale partners are always permitted to request a purchase (even during the sale's time period) - just recognize that it would be conducted at our previously negotiated sales agreement rate.
