Fundraisers with Black Lotus Designs
Black Lotus Designs is proud to partner with local organizations to help them raise money and accomplish their respective missions. Black Lotus Designs' fundraising events are very similar in nature to BLD pearl parties.
You contact us to set up a fundraiser, and we work with you to determine the best type of event to meet the goals of your organization (an electronic event, book event, live event, or combination of the three).
Getting Started
For an eFundraiser: eFundraisers are the newest, easiest way to raise money for your organization! Black Lotus works with you to set an appropriate date range for your event and provides you with a special code to be used on the BLD website. Every purchase made online using your organization-specific code is tracked and credited to you, and you earn an easy 10% (pre-tax) back in cash!
For a live show fundraiser: You set the date and location and Black Lotus Designs brings all the merchandise to your site. We prepare the display, facilitate the sales, answer any questions patrons may have about the products, and send them home with their desired merchandise on the day of the event (with the exception of the occasional out-of-stock item).
All you are responsible for is notifying your members and friends about the event and encouraging them to come out and lend support. That's it!
For a book show fundraiser: We provide your group with catalogues and order forms, and you dictate the pace and intensity of your fundraiser.
The Pay-Off
Fundraising organizations receive 10% of all pre-tax sales back as cash.
**Please Note: Black Lotus Designs' main offices are located in Harrisburg, PA, Miami, FL, and New Orleans, LA. We are only available for live events within 100 miles of each of these locations. We are happy to coordinate "book" events for any locations outside of the 100 mile range. Please contact us for more details.
